What does this website sell?

You can browse skincare, body-care and hair-care choices, makeup, sets and associated accessories. Each product page gives the available item details.

Where is shipping cost confirmed?

Check the checkout for your order. It shows whether a free shipping choice or a paid service is available to the selected address.

What is the expected shipping schedule?

Preparation usually needs around 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days of delivery/transit after dispatch. These timings are estimates only.

Are returns limited to faults?

No. Defective and non-defective returns are accepted, as are exchanges. Reconsidering the purchase, a personal preference or an item selected mistakenly can be reported within 30 days of delivery for return by mail or exchange. For a non-defective item, keep it new, unused and in its original state, including original packaging, labels and accessories.

What will a return cost?

A free prepaid label is supplied in the parcel, and no restocking charge applies. Request permission before posting the return. Exchange availability depends on replacement inventory.

How should a delivery or item problem be reported?

Quote the order reference and checkout email, describe the issue and include photos or video of the product and packing when goods are damaged, faulty, wrong or missing. Substantial description differences can be reviewed too.

What happens after refund approval?

Within 10 days of approval, we process the refund through the original payment method. The provider controls any later posting time.

Can I use a particular payment provider?

Only the methods visible in your actual checkout are enabled for that transaction. A provider may require authorization or verification.
