Refund Policy

A request can be made for 30 days from the date the goods are delivered. We permit exchanges and returns for defective items as well as non-defective items. Reconsidering a purchase, preferring something else or choosing an item in error are accepted non-defective reasons.

Returned goods must be new and unused, retain their original condition, and include the original wrapping or box, labels and all supplied accessories. Report damage, defects, an incorrect item, missing parts or a material mismatch with the description through the same request process.

Send the order reference, the checkout email and the reason for the request. Provide photos or video of the goods and packaging for damage, faults, incorrect deliveries or missing contents. Wait for permission and return instructions before posting anything.

Returns use postal shipment. The package contains a prepaid label supplied free of charge, and no restocking charge is assessed. Replacement goods for an exchange are subject to available stock.

We complete approved refund processing within 10 days after approval, using the payment method originally charged. Any later posting delay is controlled by the financial institution.
