Shipping Policy

Before paying, check that a delivery option is available for your destination and the items in the cart. That checkout also confirms whether shipping is free or charged and displays any service restrictions. A complete street address and correct email and phone details are needed for fulfillment.

The usual handling period is around 1–2 business days. Delivery/transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–5 business days. Neither period is an arrival guarantee, and holidays, weather, carrier interruptions or investigations may affect progress.

Tracking updates are supplied when the shipment supports them. Allow time for the first carrier scan. If a package stops moving or appears lost, contact us with its tracking number, your order reference and checkout email. We can review the shipment information and seek clarification from the carrier.

A delivered scan does not resolve every delivery concern: look around the delivery point and tell us promptly if the parcel is missing. Preserve a damaged parcel and its packing, and send images or video showing the damage and label. Include a clear account of the issue with any order inquiry. Some products, address types and regions may be excluded from delivery.
